Cancellation Policy
I understand plans can change. To keep our schedule fair for everyone, please note the following:
- A non-refundable deposit of £35 is required for each new colour booking. This will be taken off your final bill on the day of your appointment. If you do not attend, the deposit will be kept as a no‑show fee, and a new deposit will be required to rebook
- A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required for all new cut appointments. The same rules as above apply.
- I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a £20 charge, which will be added to your next appointment. I do, however, understand that life happens, and circumstances will always be taken into consideration.
- All new colour clients must have a skin test at least 48 hours before their appointment. For your safety, I cannot carry out any colour service without this.
- Deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable but may be transferred once with sufficient notice.

Consultations
Free consultations are available to help you choose the best service for your hair goals.
Timings
Colour services can take between 1–3 hours depending on the treatment. Please allow enough time for your appointment.
Aftercare
I recommend using salon‑quality shampoo and conditioner to maintain your colour and keep your hair healthy. I’ll be happy to advise.
Cancellations
